Founder & Principal

Stu Wallace is a builder, leader, and community-driven strategist dedicated to creating real impact through action. With a background spanning entrepreneurship, executive leadership, operations, and community development, Stu has built a reputation for turning ideas into movement and vision into results.


As the Founder of Wallace Development Group, Stu brings a hands-on approach to consulting. He works directly with nonprofits, business owners, and communities to provide structure, leadership, and execution where it is needed most. His work is rooted in a simple belief: progress happens when people stop talking and start doing.


Stu currently serves as Executive Director of the LEAP Entrepreneurial Hub, where he leads initiatives focused on empowering individuals, supporting small businesses, and driving local economic growth. He is also the Founder and President of East Liverpool Youth Academy, a nonprofit organization focused on youth development, mentorship, and creating opportunities for the next generation.


His leadership style is built on accountability, energy, and action. Whether guiding an organization through change, helping a new business find direction, or organizing community initiatives, Stu is known for stepping in, getting involved, and getting things done.
